  My name is Toni Lynn & my passion for yoga goes so much deeper than stretching and holding 'cool poses'. Although this part of yoga is very important and it is the foundation of my work, I am also here to hold space for you and teach you about your body. Your phyical body as well as your emotional body. Transforming yourself through the power of yoga means moving, breathing and setting beautiful intentions for your life. Yoga to me is a lifestyle and the perfect teacher for life itself.
